I am trying to update my coprocessor in Windows. When I try it says this message.

So I try, but it fails and says to contact the manufacturers website. What do I do?

1. Usually the coprocessor driver is included in your motherboards chipset driver. Therefor I suggest to download those and install them.

   If it gives you an error try to install them in safe mode by pressing F8 during the Windows boot [after the BIOS screen before the Windows logo appears].

   First way would be to visit manufacturer's site and download the chipset driver. There is always a recommended order when installing drivers. This would apply if your computer was made by one of the bigger brand names such as, toshiba, dell, hp, etc.

   Second way is by finding out your motherboard and visiting motherboard manufacturer. If it is a desktop you can find out your motherboard model by opening the tower and finding the model. This would mostly apply to home built computer. An easier way would be to use software like speccy to find out the configuration of your system.

   Another way, would be by running windows update. Any updates for hardware would show under the optional updates. Go to optional updates section and see if there is any chipset drivers. Mostly, if you have an Intel based system, you could surely find updates there.

       well in configuration i meant hardware and windows version. Hardware like motherboard, processor, graphic card..the reason is that you cant use windows xp drivers for windows 7. Now drivereasy is capable to identify the right drivers matching windows version.

       without software if you go to run and type msinfo32 then system information window will open.
