1. How are you trying to install the program? Are you using a CD?
2. What is the make and model of your system?
3. Are you able to install other programs without any issues?
This may happen if the CD rom is corrupt. You may need to re-download the file and check if you can install.
Method 1:
You may also refer to computer or device manufacturer website and check if any firmware updates are available for the CDDVD drive.
Since Turbo C++ was written for much earlier windows than Windows 7, Turbo C++ is not compatible with Windows 7.
If you are running Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate or Enterprise, you might be able to use XP Mode. It is not available on Home Premium versions.
